Contractor All Risks
Contractors All Risks has become an integral part of the Casualty product offering through the network of National offices. Launched in 2009 with its own product focus and proposition has allowed it to create its own identity within our Casualty range. In the past our approach was based on each separate submission - brokers now appreciate the clarity of what we can offer.
By including CAR within our Casualty package we feel it brings a continuity of relationship so that brokers can discuss with their regular underwriting contact in each office and see the breadth of what we can offer.
We provide high level proactive account management, liaising closely with colleagues within the Risk Management, Claims and Rehabilitation teams.

These covers are available for the majority of contractors for their exposures for both new and refurbishment work.
Our regional underwriters have extensive knowledge across a broad range of sectors and industries. We do not have a prescriptive list of dos and do nots because we believe a key differentiator for us is our underwriting flexibility, looking at each case on its own merits. However, we recognise that brokers need a focus and an example of our diversity is outlined here.
