With the launch of the unique online Claim and Repair Accident Tracking system (CARAT) QBE clients are able to securely access full accident management information at the touch of a button.

Our motor fleet customers can track the progress of all of their vehicle repairs in real time and can access and download detailed management information to generate their own specific management reports, including average repair costs and average vehicle down time by vehicle type or repairer location amongst other selection criteria.
