  • Material loss or damage
This section covers buildings, loss of rent (receivable or payable), fixtures and fittings, machinery and plant, stock and contents, against accidental loss or damage.

From premises or whilst in transit.
  • Theft
As a result of violent or forcible entry or exit.

Business Targeted

Through our select panel of brokers, we provide property programmes to a number of leisure, sport and entertainment establishments based within the United Kingdom and Eire. A wide range of businesses can be considered, with emphasis placed upon well-managed, risk-aware clients paying annual premiums in excess of GBP 25,000.

Underwriting Criteria

To assess a potential property risk, underwriters will require sight of the following information:

  • Past loss experience
  • Current premium paid
    Required perils
  • Any bespoke requirements
  • Physical security arrangements
  • Risk management procedures
  • Fire protections
  • Sums to be insured
  • Construction details

Policy Details

Given the diversity of sport, leisure and entertainment properties, risks are assessed on their own merits. For example, a theme park has characteristics completely different from a small amusement arcade. All property policies are for a maximum 12-month period and are backed by risk management solutions.
